It’s kit week at Taylored Expressions! This month’s kit is a beautiful collection of Petals and Prints for fun and funky images. My mind immediately went to SUNFLOWERS! The kit includes two fun stamp sets, stencils and dies to create super cute cards. Seals and Foil It panels are also available!
I paired Foil It panels from the release with the stencils and dies from the kit to create my very own sunflower fields. I used silver foil and the Mini Minc, and was that ever fun!
A combination of Taylored Expressions gold-tone and green inks make quick work of the blending!
My sunflower fields were blended with a combination of Banana Cream, Pineapple, Mango, Toffee, Chocolate Truffle, and Kiwi inks. All of the colors I’ve used are linked below.
A few favorite accents, like the Stitched Diagonal Dies and Scalloped Stacklet Rectangles pull these wild blooms together! Hello Sunshine, from the same named set, was the perfect sentiment, and I’ve accented my leaves with beautiful shimmery green drops for just the right amount of sparkle.
