Pinkfresh Studio Dahlia Blooms

Welcome to the March

Pinkfresh Studio blog hop!

So many beautiful new pretties today from Pinkfresh Studio! I’ve been in the craft zone, and I have two cards to share today!

There’s just no one quite like you.

First up, I am sharing the beautiful Dahlia Suite, complete with Dahlia Washi Tape <swoon> in this gorgeous soft pink that is perfect for spring! The washi tape works perfectly with the Dahlia Washi Die and sentiments from the Dahlia Washi Stamp.

I’ve layered my blooms on cardstock cut with the Sparkling Diamonds Die and added a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame. It’s finished off with Sparkling White Glacier Crystals.

For my second project, I was thrilled to create my base frame with the brand new Hexagon Hot Foil with the new Hexagon Dies. I love the thicker lines of the hexagon foil plate. It makes for a substantial base to hold your images and sentiments.

I’ve stacked my hexagons full of Rainbow Washi Florals, using the Rainbow Floral Washi and the Rainbow Floral Washi Die for blooms that flow seamlessly across the card. Love the ease and color of this collection!

How do you feel about some prizes?

The Pinkfresh Studio team will be giving away the full release on the Pinkfresh blog & YouTube channel.

Pinkfresh Studio September Release

I’m excited to be guest designing for Pinkfresh Studio today and sharing new product projects. You are in for a treat as this release features an innovative new item foiling fanatics will LOVE!

Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio Blog Hop! We are so excited about this release, and I was honored to create projects to share with you! If you are following the blog hop order, you have arrived from the blog of the fabulous Lea Lawson. The full blog hop list can be found HERE.
Before I tell you about my cards, I have two fun things to share that are special:
  • First, Pinkfresh Studio is offering free US shipping on all orders $75+ from September 27th to October 3rd.
  • Second, Pinkfresh Studio will be giving away a total of TEN $25  gift cards along the hop. More details below!

How would you like to see my projects? The Blooming Branch collection is a beauty. I went with a late-fall vibe in blues and browns. The first step was to stamp and emboss the image from Blooming Branch Stamp Set in gold and then fill in color with the coordinating Blooming Branch Layering Stencils. Love the depth of the images with the layered stencils – so easy to line up!

Finally, I die-cut the Blooming Branch image with the Blooming Branch Die, and then I pulled the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame die and sentiments from the Dahlia Bunch stamp set to finish off my card.

Up next, I paired the Dahlia Bunch stamp and stencils with the fabulous new Solid Hot Foil Plate. This foil plate innovation is a game changer that allows you to use the remnant from your heat foil plates for a negative foiled image, eliminating waste and doubling your foil fun.

The new Solid Foil Plate allows you to quickly use the negative foil pieces left over from the first foil plate print, in this case, the Diagonal Stripe Cover Plate.

Not only does it mean no waste of the negative foil, it makes for quick and easy multiple cards. See the slight variation in the background foil design. Love it! Here, the Dahlia Bunch Layering Stencil and Dahlia Bunch Die is paired with the Pinkfresh Studio Fancy Oval Die on top of the foiled backgrounds. I added sentiments from the beautiful set, Perfect Sentiments.

Finally, I love the gorgeous new Inna Alphabet Die and Inna Alphabet Foil combination. The alphabet has gorgeous detailed stencils, but here, I’ve used the Solid Hot Foil Plate to use the negative foil print of the alphabet.

I finished this card by adding JOY on top of the Leafy Circle Die, a label from Fancy Label Frames, and a base layer created with the Diagonal Stripe Hot Foil Plate.

PRIZES! Pinkfresh Studio has generous prizes up for grabs to blog hop visitors! Up for grabs are TEN $25 gift certificates chosen from visitors who comment on blog hop participant blogs. PINKFRESH STUDIO JULY STAMP, DIE, STENCIL AND HOT FOIL RELEASE

Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio July Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release Blog Hop!

I am thrilled to be joining the Pinkfresh Studio team as a guest designer for this beautiful release. All of the Blog Hop information is below, and I have loved creating these cards to share.

Before I tell you about my cards, I have three fun things to share that are special for YOU:

  • First, Pinkfresh Studio is offering free US shipping on all orders $50+ from July 26th to August 1st.
  • Second, there is an adorable gift with purchase die for customers who have a minimum purchase of $50. There is no code necessary. The free die will be included in qualifying orders, while supplies last.
  • Third, there are many fabulous prizes for visitors of this hop. The prize information is included at the bottom of my post. So, please be sure to check that out before you visit the next designer.

Now, on to the inspiration!

I’m starting off with the fabulous Happy Blooms Floral collection. Here, I’ve used the stencil for color, the stamp with gold embossing and the single, easy-to-line-up die. I used the Essentials Ornate Banner as a canvas for my floral swag.

The flowers in this set immediately took me back to my early-childhood home and the dining room wallpaper. I can remember being in that home with my entire family. The love is thick in that memory, and I was so happy that the set includes a “love you” sentiment.

Pinkfresh Studio does a wonderful job of putting their collections together in a way that is easy to use when it arrives in your home. The stencil, florals and dies are all on single panels. Whether you are adding color through your numbered stencils, stamping the floral images, or die-cutting, the task is easy. Your time is spent adding your own creative flair by coloring – not lining up leaves or stems or the cutting panel. The four stencils are also numbered to make it easy to apply color.

The products I used on this card are:

thinking of you

Here is a 2nd card I created with the same color combination and Happy Blooms collection. For this card, I cut the two floral swags apart and rearranged them to take center stage inside the Stitched Scalloped Rectangles frame. Both of my cards are accented with Pinkfresh Studio Glacier Jewels. You can find the products I’ve used here:

thank you for brightening my day

For my third card, I paired the Sweet Friend floral collection with the Slimline Diamond Motif Stencil. The stencil gives a soft pop of color in the background, making a perfect canvas for the pink blooms and sentiments.

Again, the stencils, stamps, and die are all single panels that include all five floral images making it super easy to line up. After stenciling the color on my flowers, I overstamped with embossing ink and white embossing powder for a crisp, striking white. I love this look.
