I don’t know about you, but I can find a reason to eat cupcakes anytime. This particular flavor (from sweet Taylored Expressions) is being sent to my oldest friend from first grade. We recently re-connected thru Facebook, though we’ve never really lost each other, our parents still exchange Christmas cards. What fun to catch up, learn about how things have worked out for her and her high school sweetheart. The last time I saw her we were 16 when I moved away my Junior year of high school. 🙁 Every year, January 2nd stays on my mental calendar as her birthday because growing up I was jealous that she had an extended gift giving season. LOL! Now, I think, her poor, poor parents!
I am totally digging Gina K‘s Pure Luxury White Cardstock. White card bases are back and classy with this super thick 120# weight cardstock and pure luxury smooth finish. Tip: Gina also sells this cardstock in a fabulous 80# weight. I use the lighter for stamping and coloring and the thicker for my card bases. Such a professional feel. Takes Copic color wonderfully. I got all the downstairs piles shuffled, re-shuffled and organized yesterday. Now it’s off to the bedrooms. I have decided that some of the toys must go to make room for new Christmas goodies. It seems that the girls schools are looking for good, used toys for indoor recess activity. I think I’ll load them up! Have a great day!
