Can you stand another look at Kim Hughes’ Pretty Birds set released by Cornish Heritage Farms this month? Of course you can!! The images are so pretty!
This card is very basic, but it demonstrates what I love about the line…easy to color (here with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol), easy to use paper piecing techniques and SO SIMPLE to mask. This is actually 3 diffent images: birds – 2 different and the nest.
I’m off to Portland tomorrow for the SU! Regional Training and to meet up with my SCS buddies! It’s gonna be a blast….If I can just get there. I’ve been down with a flu-like bug, and I’m a little behind the 8-ball in getting ready. I figure if I make the plane, the rest will work itself out. Have a wonderful weekend!
