This was designed for my workshop last night to show-off our new, beautiful textured cardstock! Jenn suggested this box. I don’t know the name of it, but until someone corrects me, I’ll call it the 2323. The dimensions are 2x3x2x3! 🙂 It’s the perfect size to hold a sweet little confection or special trinket. The flowers were punched out with our new 5-Petal Flower punch and the smaller 5-petal flower from the Spring Bouquet punch…easy peasy! The flowers are Pomegranate, and the Rose Red Brads compliment it well!
To make the box, start with a 8.5×11 sheet of paper. With the cardstock situated landscape, score at 2,5,7 & 10 inches. Then turn the cardstock to portrait and score at 1.5″, flip the cardstock and score at 2″ on the other side of the cardstock. Then you cut the 2,5,7,10 score lines from each edge to the 1.5 & 2″ lines. It folds up like a 2,4,6,8 box. Use sticky strip to fasten the bottom of the box, embellish as desired.
