Happy Thoughts, Dirty Girls!

The Dare to Get Dirty Celebration at SCS ended yesterday, and what a fun, wild ride! A big ole thank you to Julie Ebersole and the Dirty Girls (and their families) who gave up countless hours for planning, prepping, writing, designing, stamping, chatting, commenting and making so many people feel like ROCK STARS in the rubber stamping arena. It was so fun to see things from each of the designers point of view and try a few of their favorite tricks.

I hold each of these designers in high esteem, and from a style or stamping perspective I would be hard-pressed to pick a favorite.  However, I wanted to mention Jami Sibley. More is More is the title of her blog and her stamping philosophy. The More is More Challenge encompasses the spirit of the Dirty Dozen Galleries, looking at your projects and thinking about how you can kick it up a notch (many times with little extra effort). With this challenge, Jami was able to teach any stamper at any level, how to think like a dirty girl. Thank you, friend.

This Happy Thoughts card was from Jami’s Fall Back on Black Challenge. It’s a trick I learned from her months ago in one of her blog posts. It really does work to add instant class and POP! to your designs. Give it a try!
