saving the Vaughn House

Our home was built by William Vaughn in 1906. His daughter, widowed at a very young age, never remarried and lived here until her death in 1982. The couple who spent years renovating and saving our home in the 1990s stopped by at the end of our open house. What a treat! They were so warm and gracious, and I think we all enjoyed the memories of the literal blood, sweat and tears they left here.
