Lady Liberty

It’s no lie that our life has been absolutely chaotic for the last 7 weeks, but things finally settled into almost-as-close-to-normal-as-we-know-it this past week. Current phase of our kitchen and office renovation is complete and cleaned up, broken bone is mended, vacations over…Normal. Normal. Normal.

Friday night, I had dinner with some of my close girlfriends. {fabulous} And, because we’re all such party animals…I was home and Virtual Stamp Night stamping with a few hundred of my closest cyber-friends by 8:45 pm. I made 5 cards on Friday night. FIVE.

This is Lady Liberty for the the Journey VSN Landmarks Challenge at Splitcoaststampers. VSN is a weekend event with 15 different challenges to get your creative juices flowing. I always love it when I find myself with a little time to play! Never mind that I didn’t go to bed til 2am! Yeah, I’m a party animal. 🙂

Lady Liberty – from MFT’s Pure Innocence line – I had to have her! (And, she’s on sale thru today!) She’s colored with Copic Markers – her gown is colored with G40 and G43. (Copic is offering FREE shipping right now on orders of $99 or more.) Other colors used: YR24, YR14, EOO, R20.

Big plans today include working, cleaning up from my 10 year old’s birthday last night and going to the pool. Ah, normal and summer. {love}

I’ll be around this week. I told you, FIVE cards on Friday night and THREE more on Saturday. I’m going to milk it. Have a great day!
