I’m back with a sample for Taylor’s Sketch this week. I’ve been thinking about an upcoming trip I have planned for NYC in early August.

I’ll be in Manhattan to teach a Standard Certification for Copic on Sunday, August 7th with Jenn Balcer. If you are looking for a certification class in the NY area, I hope you’ll fit us into your schedule.

Jenn and I have already tacked on an extra day or so for some sightseeing, and we’re pretty excited. We’ve got tickets for a Broadway show, and I *know* without a doubt we’ll be taking a few touristy photos here. We also purchased tickets several months ago to go up into the Statue of Liberty. Anything else we *should not* miss while we are there?

I was at Taylor’s back in the early summer, and I knew that I’d be making my NYC trip this summer. So, I scooped up this cute little cuppie number. I’m not sure if I’ll eat any hotdogs while I’m in NYC, but he sure is sweet. He’s colored with Copics – C1, C3, YR00, YR02 and a variety of greys for the skyline. See that green tree in the middle? That’s Central Park, and that is where Jenn has promised me that we can check an item off of my bucket list as we *jog* through the park!

I hope you find a few minutes to stamp this weekend! I have been busy with CHA preparations, and it always does my heart good to find a few minutes at my stamp table. Sometimes I jokingly refer to it as therapy, but it’s not so funny…it helps clear my mind and it’s very relaxing!! So, check out these other sketch-spiration ideas and get to stamping, okay?
