Blast from the Past Blog Hop

Welcome to the Taylored Expressions Blast from the Past Blog Hop!! I pulled out some vintage Taylored Expressions this week to celebrate! I went all the way back to early 2009 with  A Year of Sweet Treats 3 and A Year of Sweet Sentiments. Mr. Cuppie makes me smile. We have my oldest daughter’s end-of-the-year awards banquet tonight, and as I look at this card, I ask myself, what teacher in her right mind would be happy to take an apple from the hand of a cupcake? I say ‘bring on the frosting, and make it buttercream, please!’ 🙂 This was a fun card to make.

I colored my image with Copic Markers (Y32, Y35, E31, E33, R20, R24, G24, BG10, BG000) and cut it out. I used a rhinestone to mimic the rear-view mirror on the bus. I love how it was dome-shaped and shiny. An ah-ha! moment! LOL.  I think everything else is pretty self-explanatory.
