I knew when the Ippity Devoted set that I would *need* it. I was drawn to the whimsical styled Scripture sentiments that make up the collection. They are large enough to stand alone on a card and perfect for a landscape layout and this week’s Weekend Sketch Challenge. I love how this turned out. Pictures in the dark at 1 a.m. – not so much. LOL!
I stamped my sentiment in Pool Adirondack ink on cream colored Core’dinations cardstock. I highlighted a few choice words with my Spica glitter pen. Then, I used the Martha Stewart mini hearts punch to create a negative mask and airbrushed hearts across the top of my panel. Then I layered that on top of some sweet October Afternoon paper – Ducks in a Row line – and stitched a little strip of punch art.
I’m going to my daughter’s Christmas Tea this morning, but you can bet I’ll check out Beate, Charmaine, Jenn, Laurie, Mary Jo and Sharon when I return. I love looking at their stuff.
