Sketch to Try: Verve On

We’re in the middle of a quiet weekend around here. Hubby is working today, girls are playing…I’m getting settled in my stamp room with the new goods that came this week. It should be so easy to get your groove in a new workspace, right? I think I’ll be working finding the right stashing spots and arm-length reach storage places for a while. But, I shoved it all aside to play along with Jen’s Sketch for You to Try this afternoon. I loved her sample, and followed suit with a textured corner and banner clipped sentiment.

The stamps are new Verve that arrived here on Wednesday. I love the way that the images stamp so crisp and clean. I loaded up on scripture and sentiments, and I’m sure you’ll be seeing a lot of them in the coming months. Julee does such a wonderful, wonderful job with well-rounded sets, timeless images and beautiful sentiments.
